DEFINITIONS

The term ‘Condition’ refers to the standard terms and conditions of sale outlined below, including any special terms and conditions that have been mutually agreed upon in writing.

The term ‘Contract’ denotes any agreement for the purchase of Goods between the Company and yourself.

The term ‘Goods’ pertains to the packaged products or services that will be supplied in accordance with these Conditions.

The term ‘You’ signifies the customer who intends to purchase the Goods from us, and ‘You’ should be interpreted accordingly.

PRICING & OFFERS

At Oral Fresh, we are dedicated to ensuring the accuracy of listed prices and technical specifications at the time of purchase. However, we reserve the right to make adjustments to the price to account for any material price increases, taxes, duties, or if there is an error or omission in the published price, regardless of order confirmation. In such unlikely cases, we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies. Please note that your computer’s cached memory may display outdated pages from our website, so it is essential to refresh your browser to view the current prices and available goods. For orders outside the UK, local duty costs, if applicable, must be paid. Any price changes will be communicated and agreed upon before accepting your order.

In cases where Oral Fresh runs additional offers and voucher promotions, these can only be used separately and not in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, unless explicitly stated. This includes cashback, discount codes, or trade account-related discounts. Please note that before accepting your order, if we discover that you are not eligible to use a code or do not meet the terms and conditions for its use, we may reject or process your order without applying the benefit or reduction. Kindly note that discount codes are specific to individual products and do not apply when products are part of packages or suites. Any saved baskets, email offers, or social media offers may be subject to change within or outside promotional periods.

Percentage savings are calculated using the manufacturer’s recommended retail price and the current available price for an item or the previous sold price. Please refer to additional pricing information for product prices after the end of sale events, often referred to as “was: X.” Oral Fresh employs countdown timers for various promotions, including additional discount code offers, which may have separate start and end dates from discounted product reductions.

Oral Fresh reserves the right to withdraw an offer, be it a voucher code or reduced price, at any time.

Discount codes and additional vouchers cannot be used on orders where Finance or any other finance-based payment method is selected. Please note that any reference to “Free Delivery*” refers to Free Standard Delivery.

SECURITY

We understand that trust is essential in online transactions, and we prioritise security above all else. We remain committed to maintaining this level of security in the future. When your order is processed, your credit card details are transmitted to secure servers provided by the bank. No card data is saved or visible to any staff member. Our web server utilises GEO, an independent third-party organisation that provides proof of the authenticity of our secure web server. Your credit card details are never sent over an unsecured connection. While some customers may receive remarketing messages based on their browsing activity, this is aimed at helping them find desired products more easily. These emails are sent through a cookie-based opt-in system by a third party, and we do not collect or store any email addresses. If you receive any unwanted emails, please click “unsubscribe.”

DELIVERY & COLLECTION

All delivery options and charges can be found on our Shipping and Returns page. Please note that delivery timetables are estimations and may be subject to change due to factors such as seasonality, weather conditions, and other unspecified circumstances. All prices listed include VAT. For orders with multiple items, you will be charged a single fee based on the combined weight of your order, unless you specifically request specialised delivery arrangements.

Our deliveries are typically handled by Royal Mail, UPS, or, for larger orders, one of our pallet courier partners. Once collected from our dispatch warehouse, all orders become the responsibility of the respective drivers and staff. Unfortunately, we cannot provide special delivery instructions to drivers, such as leaving products with neighbours or in sheds. Nor can we be held responsible for any delays experienced by couriers or delivery companies. In cases where goods go missing, we need to allow 30 days for successful claims to be made against the carrier.

Upon delivery, you will have the opportunity to inspect and sign for the products. We recommend visually inspecting your order upon arrival for any obvious damages and to ensure that all the products you ordered are present. You are not expected to inspect every item before signing for the delivery.

If any goods are damaged, faulty, or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email or telephone, quoting your order reference number. Please open each box and thoroughly check for damages. If we are informed within the specified time frame, we will arrange for a replacement and collection. In cases where customers have adhered to the terms and conditions but have received incorrectly supplied or transit-damaged goods, We will replace the goods free of charge. Please note that in some instances, a courier may refuse to collect items that require replacement, such as broken glass or pottery.

Upon signing, the responsibility for the products is transferred to you, and any risk of damage or loss becomes the purchaser’s liability. We are not responsible for any goods received or unpacked by anyone other than the purchaser. Therefore, please ensure that the designated person is present to check and sign for the goods at the specified delivery address.

Do not install any damaged goods, as we are unable to replace or refund items that have been installed. If you find any damaged goods, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

If possible, all damaged goods should be returned in their original packaging. For international buyers, we cannot be held responsible for any postage costs if the item is found to be faulty or damaged. In the case of international orders, product guarantees that rely on British manufacturing standards or assume the end user has a British Standard water system no longer apply.

Please note that we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from errors made by the purchaser during checkout, such as entering incorrect address details. Therefore, please ensure that all information is correct before processing your order.

Failure to accept delivery on the agreed-upon date may result in additional charges for subsequent deliveries.

Out-of-stock items are listed with a target replenishment date, which is estimated by our suppliers and subject to change. We will notify you via telephone or email when an item is back in stock, and arrangements can then be made for your preferred delivery method.

If goods are ordered over the weekend or a bank holiday, please note that the order date is considered the next available working day for delivery purposes.

Once goods are collected from the Oral Fresh dispatch warehouse, they become the responsibility of the designated courier. We cannot be held responsible for any delays experienced by the courier.

For standard pallet deliveries, it is the customer’s responsibility to dispose of delivery packaging materials, such as pallets. However, we offer additional delivery upgrades where pallets can be disposed of as part of the delivery service.

CANCELLATION RIGHTS

You have the right to cancel your order before dispatch or within 30 days after the date of delivery. To exercise this right, you can either call us or send written notice of cancellation to Oral Fresh, Barras Lane, Dalston, Cumberland, CA5 7LX , or email us at hello@flöde.co.uk, quoting your order reference number. We will provide a refund for the unwanted item within 30 days, provided that the tap has not been installed or used. Once you receive the cancelled order, please return the item to us within seven days of receiving the parcel.

However, please note that this right of cancellation does not apply if the Goods are specifically made to your specifications or personalised at your request.

After 30 days from the day after the Goods have been received, you will not be able to cancel the Contract. However, we may offer a credit note for unused goods in their original packaging. If the system is installed by Oral Fresh, the warranty will start from the date of installation, and the 30-day risk-free trial period will end. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss such cases.

All goods, whenever possible, must be returned unused and in their original packaging. We cannot provide refunds for goods that have been used, installed, or damaged while in your possession.

You are responsible for any return costs associated with unwanted items. You will need to arrange the shipping yourself and ensure the safe return of the items.

WARRANTY & LIABILITY

Most products available from Oral Fresh come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty of 12 months.

GENERAL

Please note that all orders placed through our website or phone system are subject to Oral Fresh acceptance of the order, at which point a contract is formed between both parties and the goods are dispatched. The title and ownership of goods pass to the customer upon delivery. The point of accepting the order is considered to be the point of processing, picking, and packaging at our warehouse or distribution location.

All pictures on our website provide the best indication of the original item and are for illustrative purposes only. All images are displayed with the manufacturer’s or supplier’s permission.

The use of Oral Fresh imagery is protected by copyright and is not permitted without obtaining prior permission from Oral Fresh.

Occasionally, the manufacturer may make minor changes to the design of a product. As a result, the items you receive may have slight differences from the pictures displayed on the website. The colour of goods may also vary slightly due to limitations of browser software and monitors.

Due to the manufacturing, procurement, and firing processes, variations in size, shape, colour, and pattern may occur in tiles. Therefore, the seller accepts no liability in this regard. To minimise risks, we strongly recommend that the buyer, tiler, or tradesperson use tiles from the same batch whenever possible.

All products are subject to stock availability at the time of ordering. While we make every effort to ensure that all items shown are in stock, we cannot guarantee availability, and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer of sale.

All prices stated include UK VAT at a rate of 20%.

Please note that finance orders are only available to UK residents over the age of 18, with a maximum age of 70.

The Contract and Conditions are governed by the laws of England, and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Any required or permitted notices under these Conditions must be in writing and addressed to the other party at the provided address at the time of order confirmation or any subsequent or alternative address notified by one party to the other from time to time.

These terms and conditions are established to facilitate an efficient ordering process and provide a great customer experience. They do not affect your statutory rights.
